General Information:
The Supportive Housing Collaboration provides housing subsidies for homeless families referred from shelters in the Greater Hartford region. Families can stay in the program for up to 2 years. Other services include: - Case management - Life skills training - Employment and education - Substance abuse counseling - Mental health counseling Clients must have some form of income and be clean and sober for at least 90 days.
