Coventry Place provides affordable permanent housing for low-income seniors. The building consists of 30 units which fully handicapped accessible. The building includes a computer lab, recreation spaces and laundry facilities. Residents must be 62 years old or older with an income of less then $28,050 (single) or $32,100 (couple).
