Fort Smith Crisis Intervention Center Hotline numbers: 479-782-4956 800-359-0056 The Crisis Center for Women provides temporary housing for up to 15 women and children who have been the victims of domestic violence. For more information contact the Crisis Center for Women or visit the Crisis Center for Women website. CIC provides services for Survivors of Domestic Violence and/or Sexual Assault - and their families. CIC is the only provider of emergency safe shelter for women and their children, in the nine county service area in Arkansas and Oklahoma, to include: Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Scott, Polk, Sevier (DeQueen), LaFlore, and Sequoyah. The agency currently operates from within a beautifully decorated 32 bed capacity, 22,000 square feet of space to provide a myriad of FREE services to the men, women, and children. The Crisis Intervention Center is a dual services agency providing both domestic violence and sexual assault services.
