Transitional Living Program Coordinator: Gena Graves 907-333-2023 Passage House provides transitional housing for parenting and pregnant teens between the ages of 18 and 20. Mothers can stay here with their babies for up to 18 months. Services include: - Job readiness skills and employment support - Life skills development - Individualized case management to support independent living goals - Positive parenting skills - Child development - Relationship/couples education and counseling - Mentor program - Coordination with and referral to community providers - 24-hour support staff - Project Nurture (An extensive aftercare program to ensure home stability and continued pursuit of objectives set at Passage House.)
