The Spring Street Transitional Housing Program provides 18 months of transitional housing to homeless adults with a mental illness. The facility consists of 7 single-occupancy rooms. Each room has a sink, refrigerator and medicine cabinet. The program provides: - 24hour staffing - 2 meals a day - Laundry facilities - Pay phone Residents are required to pay rent according to HUD requirements.
