Class of Housing/Services: Shelter and meals provided.

General Information:
Meal Hours: Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. til 8 a.m. Lunch: 11:15 a.m. til 1 p.m. Dinner: 4:45 p.m. til 6 p.m. Shelter Hours: 6 p.m. til 8 a.m.   Services Samaritan Place – Emergency overnight shelter for 200 men. Hope Haven – Emergency overnight shelter for 103 single women. Serenity – Residential addiction recovery program for 30 single women.  Serenity also provides housing for female graduates of the LaunchPoint program who are working their life plan to end their homelessness.  The residential recovery program for men is currently on pause while being revamped to provide greater services. Family Shelter– an emergency short-term residence for families with nowhere else to turn. The Bridge Transitional Housing – a dorm-like setting for male graduates of the LaunchPoint  goal setting program able to shelter up to 35 men who are working their life plan to end their homelessness.

Transitional housing is affordable supportive housing designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless or who are close to homelessness. The transition is to help them be more self sufficient to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses. The naming of the two (Halfway House OR Transitional House) is oftentimes interchangeable.
