The Transitional Housing Program provides transitional housing for homeless families in need. Residents pay 30% of their income or less towards rent. The program consists of 16 units at scattered site locations. The average length of stay is between 6 to 9 months. Services include: - Weekly case management with MSW - Career coaching - SCO computer training / computer loan program - Legal counseling - Consumer Credit Counseling - Psychological counseling for individual/family with licensed therapist - Life skills training - Nutritional food/groceries and cleaning supplies - Each family pays rent, not to exceed 30% of their adjusted gross income.
